Harold Frazier, a 20 plus-year leadership professional, brings varied experience in the areas of communications and marketing management, graphic design, logistics and has worked in various capacities within the public and private sectors. Throughout his career he has helped to establish the identities of many businesses as well as enhance their efficiency and productivity by formulating and executing branding campaigns, marketing plans, analyzing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, implementing policies, and streamlining procedures.
